The service

TDL is a personal productivity app for managing todos, routines, and notes. By using TDL, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions

TDL requires a paid subscription ($1/month or $9/year). New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval until you cancel.

Your data

You own your data. We store it solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't use TDL for anything illegal, abusive, or that interferes with the service for others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep TDL available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for any data loss or downtime, though we'll do our best to prevent both.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of TDL after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of significant changes.
