What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. That's it. We use this to create your account and identify you when you log in.

Everything you create in TDL (todos, routines, vault entries, attachments) is your data. We store it to provide the service.

What we don't do

• We do not use analytics or tracking of any kind
• We do not collect data beyond what's needed to run the app
• We do not sell, share, or give your data to anyone
• We do not use your data for advertising
• We do not train AI models on your data

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in a SQL Server database. File attachments are stored in Cloudflare R2 cloud storage. Both are secured with industry-standard encryption and access controls.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the user menu. This permanently removes your account, all todos, routines, vault entries, and attachments. This action cannot be undone.
